Terms of Service

These Terms govern your use of Moty AI (the "App"). By installing, signing in, or using Moty AI you agree to these Terms.

1. Account

You may sign in with Apple or Google to generate motorcycle modifications. You are responsible for activity that happens under your account and for keeping your sign-in credentials secure.

2. What you can upload

You may only upload photos that:

  • are of a motorcycle you own or have permission to photograph;
  • do not contain explicit sexual, violent, or hateful imagery;
  • do not violate any third-party rights, including copyright and right of publicity.

We may remove content that violates these Terms and suspend accounts that repeatedly violate them.

3. Your content

You keep ownership of the photos you upload. You grant Moty AI a limited, worldwide, royalty-free license to process, transmit, and store those photos solely to operate the App and deliver the AI generation feature you requested. We do not use your photos to train AI models or share them with other users.

4. AI generated content

Generated modification previews are produced by third-party AI models. Outputs are visualizations only and may not accurately represent real-world modifications. You are responsible for how you use the outputs and for confirming they comply with applicable laws before publishing them.

5. Subscriptions and purchases

Moty AI offers paid plans through Apple In-App Purchase. Subscriptions auto-renew unless cancelled in your Apple ID settings at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current paid period; we do not provide prorated refunds.

6. Acceptable use

  • No reverse engineering or attempts to access our systems beyond the App.
  • No automated scraping, bulk generation, or resale of our service.
  • No use of the App to impersonate, harass, or defame any person.

7. Disclaimer

Moty AI is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

8. Termination

You can stop using Moty AI at any time and request account deletion from the Profile screen or at support@moty.ai. We may suspend accounts that violate these Terms.

9. Changes

We may update these Terms. Continued use of the App after changes are posted means you accept the updated Terms.
