Privacy Policy

Moty AI is an iOS application that lets you visualize custom modifications on your motorcycle using AI. This policy explains what we collect, how we use it, and the choices you have.

1. Information we collect

Photos you upload. When you tap Generate, the motorcycle photo you select is uploaded to our backend to create the AI modification preview. The original photo is kept in private storage tied to your account and is not shared with other users.

Account information. When you sign in with Apple or Google we receive a stable user identifier and, if you choose to share it, your name and email. We do not receive your Apple ID or Google account password.

Usage data. We log non-personal events such as which mod styles are popular, generation success rate, and error reports to keep the app stable and improve performance.

2. How we use your photo

Your uploaded photo is sent to our trusted AI model provider (Kie.ai) so the model can generate a photorealistic preview of your motorcycle with the selected modifications. We do not use your photos to train any AI model. The provider processes the photo only to fulfill your request.

We store the generated result so you can view or share it later. You can delete a result from inside the app at any time, which removes it from our storage.

3. Data retention

Original uploaded photos are retained for up to 30 days and then automatically deleted. Generated results are retained until you delete them or close your account.

4. Your choices

• You can delete any generated look from the My Rides screen.
• You can sign out and ask for full account deletion from the Profile screen.
• You can contact us to request data deletion at support@moty.ai.

5. Children

Moty AI is not intended for children under 13. We do not knowingly collect data from anyone under 13.

6. Changes

We may update this policy from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by the last updated date above and, where appropriate, in-app.
